Who is Kirk?

For more than two decades, Kirk Weisler has helped leaders transform culture from an abstract concept into a measurable driver of performance. Known as the World’s Foremost Authority on Initiative and widely recognized as a Chief Morale Officer, Kirk equips organizations to build cultures where people step forward, take ownership, and deliver extraordinary results.

Remarkably, 100% of Kirk’s speaking and consulting engagements have come through word-of-mouth referrals from leaders who have experienced the impact of his work firsthand. His programs combine powerful storytelling, humor, and highly interactive audience experiences that move people from inspiration to ownership.

Kirk’s work spans industries—from dude ranches to Fortune 500 companies to world-class medical institutions including the Mayo Clinic and Johns Hopkins. He has delivered leadership programs on every continent and continues to work with high-performing teams committed to strengthening culture, engagement, and accountability.

A growing focus of Kirk’s work has been safety culture transformation. He has collaborated with safety officers and operational leaders from more than 350 organizations, helping them strengthen the cultural behaviors that prevent incidents before they occur. His approach reframes safety as a shared ownership mindset rather than simply a compliance system.
