What’s Weighing You Down
If you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness, and fears. — Glenn Clark
If you were going to lighten your back pack or help someone else lighten their own…what would you take out?

If I was going to lighten the load of someone’s backpack, I would definitely take out unforgiveness. Forgiving others is one of the hardest things to do but when we do it, it frees us of the burden and lightens our load for sure! Oh, and self-doubt…I’d take that one out too!

I would take off “dread” and “anxiety”. I would put on all the “weigh less” things I could get such as “joy” and “happiness” that I could collect. The end product would be contentment and peace.

Oops…..The “jo” listed in my comment should be “JOY”.
