I saw the cookie first (yes, I have a HUGE) sweet tooth. This is such a huge message. I try to tell this to my kids daily. I was rather floored yesterday when my 17 yr old asked what objectives we had in our department. We actually held an adult to young adult conversation about his future and the importance of goal setting. Too funny on the very last sentence.
