		<description>I believe that I have to waste some time everyday.  I get so tired of being productive every waking moment and feeling less worthy if I am not on task.  Maybe time should not be wasted as it is a precious commodity but having free, unscheduled down time is a must.  The world is a frantic place and some nothingness each day is refreshing.</description>
