		<description>This is wonderful. I work with a non-profit organization, and believe me, the 80/20 rule applies and then this wonderful bit of wisdom comes along. To many times people won't help, but boy, are they there for the glory!  That is most frustrating thing for me.  Do you have any ideas how to cope (and kick them in the B-Hind to motivate them and get rid of the "green monsters" ?   Thanks Kirk...may use this one on my blog sometime.</description>
