Kirk -

You were so on the money with your description of the Abyss. It is one of my favorite movies of all time!! And the conversation you described between Lindsey and Bud was right on.

Every week one of my team picks a quote and all 10 of us use it as part of our email signature ... kind of a team building exercise. Many of the quotes selected are service oriented, highly motivating and from famous people. I often select lines from movies and am now anxiously waiting for my next turn to select the quote of the week. "You have to look wtih better eyes than that" is so true. As a manager of a Technology Support Team ... dealing with end users who can't seem to describe the problem, yet know they need your help can often times be frustrating. We all could benefit from looking with better eyes from time to time. Thanks for the reminder!!
