They've never had to crack a whip or goad at all. They've lead by example and not been scared to be next to their employees in the trenches or get their hands dirty. I love that! It goes to the basic functionality of management and essentially reminds us that actual management is merely a higher level of line work and true direction, purpose and movement of organizations and teams comes from outstanding, out of the box leadership.
