Every job is a self-portrait ~ Thanks Mom
My mom sent me this one yesterday… she pulled it from a book she is reading…. thanks MOM

Hi Kirk!
Great T4D quote! Brilliant!
My mum told me one, which I found brilliant and inspiring and have used in Senior IT Management meetings which worked, and made them listen and they actually started to change their attitudes towards me, if you can believe it!
“If you do things how they’ve always been done, you’ll only ever get what you’ve always had”
Now this is an excellent way to politely and cunningly urge people to forget their bad habits, and accept change positively.
Things looking up here finally! I handed in 70 pages of documentation to my director last week for him to read. My Incident Mgt and Change Mgt processes. Writing the others now.
Take it easy

A nice connection there Chris. I, too, love that quote and it reminds me of a slightly more humorous reflection on the same point (well maybe it’s just my sick sense of humour that considers it humorous).
The definition insanity is continuing to do the same things over and over again, yet expecting a different result.
