Kirk,

Today's email goes with what my father (Allen) always taught us growing up. “There are no problems in life only opportunities.” It is amazing how quickly your mind turns when you hear the word problem but again quickly changes back when you hear you have an opportunity. I carry this thought with me daily and share as often as I can. Just this one idea as completely changed my outlook on life. So much so that I recently got married and on each table we put quotes of inspiration and hope from famous leaders, my father's was the first one that came to mind. Many people committed that this was a wonderful idea and "so my father". All who know my father know he sees the good in all.

Hey Kirk, Just wanted to drop you a lesson I learned in regard to your T4D today. Problems are things we try to avoid and nobody likes problems, but I have learned that we enjoy a good challenge. If we take a problem, identify it and start looking for solutions, we have in that moment changed it to a challenge and in so doing it no longer weighs us down, but pulls us forward. I look forward to the challenges of life.
Love to you and your family,
