One of those tough lessons and even tougher to implement without being too ‘unfriendly’ to those who may not have anything to add to ‘our potential’. Personally I think that balance between these two is crucial to leading an outreaching yet continually improving life.

This couldn’t be more true. I have been taught to be successful in life you need to surround yourself with successful people, not just financially successful people, but successful in general.
