Hello Kirk!

My name is Amy Gerdes, and I met you a few years ago when you were our keynote presenter at the National Camping Institute in Kansas. I was a County 4-H Extension Agent & on that planning committee. I’m now a recruiter for an agriculture firm, and I really enjoy your T4D. I’ve used several of the quotes and stories in manager training sessions. Thanks for all of your insight and sharing. The following article is from another daily newsletter I receive. It’s a different twist on how your choice of attitude determines your success (personally and professionally.) Enjoy! Have a super fantastic weekend!

Kirk, I am an appreciator, too. Or at least I try to be one and I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the wonderful thoughts and ideas you out in this newsletter. I know it must be hard work and probably you sometimes don't have something new or do not feel like putting it together once again. I want to tell you that those of us who receive it appreciate you hard work and positive attitude. I know I do. Thanks and I hope you and your family have a marvelous Christmas and New Year. Thanks, Peggy Wilkinson
